  2. Non-Refundable:
    • Products purchased on SALE & DISCOUNT are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
    • Made to Measure & Full Customized Leathers are not eligible for refund or replacement.
    • Worn or altered items cannot be returned.
    • Customers who order more than two products simultaneously are not eligible for return or replacement. We encourage responsible shopping practices and advise against ordering multiple products for trial purposes.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

  1. Obtain Approval:
    • To request a return or replacement, please contact us.
    • Kindly include your name, order number, and the email address used to place the order in your communication. For defective products, attach photographs of the defects.
    • Our dedicated sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to assist you further.
  2. Return Address:
    • Once your return or replacement is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
    • For your security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning the item to us.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 15 working days after we receive your returned item.
  2. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
